Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for return.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

📩 How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at support@klikaili.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
