- Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for return.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products.
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
📩 How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at support@klikaili.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label.
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
