Cancellation and Return

Cancellation:

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been created/processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• To request a cancellation or return, please contact us at kli.kaili.customercare@gmail.com with your order details.

Refund:

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.
• To initiate a return, email us at kli.kaili.customercare@gmail.com
•  within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the product and proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
